And I learned how to make it properly.
The loose-leaf flowers and roots and seeds and spices started exploding with favor.
Basil, chai, rosemary, chamomile, elderberry, chicory, marshmallow, turmeric, fennel, matcha, lavender, valerian…
So complex.
So nourishing.
Nature came to the rescue.
Because now I crave it when I need it the most.
